As a construction management company we are often the lynch pin of construction projects. We have the experience required to function as a general contractor/construction manager. We are responsible for the construction sites 24 hours a day. Some of our common duties include planning, directing, and coordinating activity on construction sites, overseeing project design, hiring and supervising sub-contractors, and monitoring supplies. We are also responsible for preparing budgets and estimates, reporting progress to clients, and complying with legal requirements.

We offer a broad range of capabilities whether for fit outs, additions, industrial or institutional facilities or renovation projects. We have developed strong relationships with all trades of sub-contractors and thrive with our hands on involvement throughout the process. We differ from other general contractors as we self perform a large portion of our projects. This allows us to have greater control of the project, especially in the two most important aspects, scheduling and workmanship.
