The project at 1530 Chestnut Street in Philadelphia, PA involved the upgrades of 45 units including bathrooms and kitchens. Northeast Construction also added laundry facilities in each of the units. We also handled five common hallway renovations, two common stair towers as well as lobby renovations.
This job included the following:
- Installing new kitchens, quartz countertops, sinks, faucets, and stainless steel appliance packages
- Installing new LVT plank flooring in the units
- Complete painting
- New door and closet build out
- New washer and dryer units
- Upgrading bathrooms
- Installing new unit lighting packages
- Entry way renovations including: removal of mirrors, new sheet rock lighting, new flooring, and paint
As well as these hallway renovations:
- Complete painting
- New lighting
- New carpet and vinyl base
