Project Renovations to existing common amenity areas in the building. The building is 18 story high rise student housing apartment complex that was occupied. Work was completed on several floors in the building and all common areas.

Scope of Work: Renovations/ reconstruction of existing the leasing office, business center, fitness center and two student lounges. Interior demolition was completed, construct new walls, insulations, sheetrock, and finish. Install new MEP’s, Lighting, and fire sprinkler systems. New flooring ceramic tile, carpet & LVT floor, install new metal interior doors, new storefront glass partition wall system for offices, new suspended ceilings systems, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
