The Preston at Falls Center is an apartment complex located in the East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia. The building was built in 1929 and originally served as the Women’s Medical College, the first medical school for women in the United States. The building now houses upscale apartments, and Northeast Construction was brought in to do a complete renovation.
